Anyvids Credits are virtual currency for paying for Anyvids AI services such as image and video generation, AI models, and other premium features. You can buy credits anytime, or earn them through rewards and special offers. Credits are not cash and cannot be withdrawn.

5. In what order are credits consumed?

Credits that expire sooner are used first: Subscription credits → Add-on credits.

6. How do I check my credit balance and usage history?

To check your current credit balance and your history of credit usage, go to Settings → Credits.

7. What are add-on credits? Do they expire? Are they refundable?

Add-on credits are extra credits you purchase beyond your subscription plan. They do not expire and remain usable even after your subscription ends. They are not refundable.

8. Why can't I use certain features even though I have enough credits?

Some features require an active subscription—for example, watermark-free downloads or enabling privacy protection for shared content.

9. Can I still use my credits after my membership expires?

You can still use your add-on credits and bonus credits after your membership expires; they do not expire. However, subscription credits work differently. They reset at the end of each billing cycle, which means any unused subscription credits will expire and cannot be used after that point.

10. What is your refund policy?
